Courteous staff and great location make it a great choice!

My stay was very good for one night. It was good priced. I was given high-class and nice modern room with a comfy bed, a luxurious bathroom plus shower. The hotel's location was central, in “ the snug area ”.

The staff were busy, didn't expect that coming.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can recommend. The staff was courteous, the breakfast was delicious, everything was good. Excellent very central location really close to a taxi into one evening, and welcoming friendly pub which served fantastic food. The room was newly furnished, included hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The bed seemed lovely and it was fairly clean all around.

The location was comfortable and the staff members were very friendly. The restaurant here was really nice for dinner, we both ordered appetising dishes. The hotel exceeded all expectations, we would love to stay here again.

Immaculately clean accommodation, genuinely helpful staff that were on shift. Booked a nicely decorated room with shared bathroom, huge bed, for example. Tranquil, unbeatable location close to St Austell, the bar/restaurant, and a warm, welcoming friendly pub. Main bar in the hotel.

By and large, it was 1st class place with attentive staff that were on shift. The breakfast was savoury and substantial for all diets, the food was excellent.

A little chilly room.

The most important - convenient and peaceful location to the centre of Newquay. Brand-new & pet-friendly room, with coffee, a writing table, and a storage space.

The place was immaculately clean and exceptional, it had especially helpful staff that were on shift. The venue's position was central. Boutiques and shops were right next door.

Nothing too much trouble, I truly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. The breakfast was tasty for a hotel of this rating with fruit and cereal options, for instance.

The location it has very close to the conservatory restaurant as well as breakfast so thumbs up for that is good and beautiful. Also, it's 2 km away from Poldhu Cove.

Nothing not to like.

Our one-night stay was absolutely wonderful, with a brilliant location right by a pub and restaurant; we wished we had more time but we will definitely return.

The staff was accommodating and welcoming. They gave us a new-fashioned and airy room with a pretty garden sloping up behind the restaurant, vaulted glass ceiling plus a freestanding bath.

My partner and I loved being there, it's bright hotel. In short, the room was high quality, comfortable bed, brilliant bathroom. You could leave a car outside.
